TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia
Salary: Up to $420,000 AUD OTE (50/50 split)

What you will do
- Drive consultative BI solution-selling to consistently exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- Manage full-cycle pipelines utilizing MEDDPICC and 3 Whys frameworks with high-research outbound.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to lead POCs and workshops for deeply technical buyers.
- Invest in Tech and SI partnerships to build top-of-funnel pipeline and ensure customer success.
- Develop robust business cases for renewals and cross-sells while delivering accurate GTM forecasts.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience exceeding quotas in SaaS sales.
- Proven success selling into Modern Data Stack environments (BI, analytics, ETL).
- Ability to navigate C-suite and technical stakeholders in complex deals.
- Strong ownership and ability to translate customer insights into business impact.
- Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.

- Experience working in fast-paced, Series A–D environments.
