What you will do
- Design and lead remote-first culture initiatives, rituals, and engagement programs to foster team identity and belonging.
- Oversee global recruiting for technical and product roles, focusing on proactive sourcing and talent networking beyond inbound leads.
- Build and maintain growth frameworks, including career paths and Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
- Implement AI-driven automation for sourcing, screening, onboarding, and internal PeopleOps workflows.
- Develop structured policies that balance empathy with operational efficiency across a distributed team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR/PeopleOps experience within the IT industry or tech startups.
- Proven track record of supporting and scaling fully remote or distributed teams.
- Experience in technical and product recruiting with a focus on direct outreach and community sourcing.
- Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to optimize and automate business workflows.
- Experience or familiarity with hiring in the US, Canada, and LATAM markets.
