Salary: $175K – $210K

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows, from problem definition to shipped solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver scalable implementations.
• Translate customer needs and research insights into clear user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI.
• Design AI-assisted workflows (e.g., review, summarization, guidance) and integrate AI into the daily design practice.
• Own significant product areas and advocate for users while balancing technical, regulatory, and business constraints.
• Contribute to the design system, mentor peers, and serve as a trusted design voice within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end with minimal direction.
• Ability to operate effectively at high velocity in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows and incorporating AI into research and prototyping.
• Strong systems thinking skills to anticipate downstream impacts across workflows and personas.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for audit, accounting, compliance, or other regulated domains.
• Background in workflow-heavy, document-centric, or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with role-based permissions, reviews, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience partnering on zero-to-one builds or major product re-architecture efforts.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
