What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, scoping multi-disciplinary tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, leading kickoffs, progress updates, and reviews.
• Enforce brand and style guide adherence, translating subjective client feedback into actionable creative direction.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation, identifying variances early to protect margins.
• Coordinate logistics for film shoots and deployments, managing contractors and external vendors.
• Oversee build delivery and submissions, ensuring all technical and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of project management or production experience in a digital agency or production studio.
• Experience managing both creative talent and technical deliverables for web, marketing, or game design studios.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as ClickUp, Monday, or Trello.
• Must be able to work hybrid in Durham, NC (3 days per week in-office).
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
