Producer (Single Player Games)

hirify.global is an independent video game developer and publisher creating and releasing indie and middle-market games.

What you will do

• Own production for the single-player portion of a new game project and monitor development progress.
• Coordinate meetings and communication with outsource developers across significant time zone differences.
• Identify, track, and resolve blockers while proactively communicating risks and project status.
• Create and monitor Jira tasks for single-player content and cutscenes, and maintain internal documentation.
• Coordinate cross-discipline features, QA, and localization with the internal production team.
• Playtest the single-player mode, provide feedback, identify issues, and champion quality throughout development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a production role.
• At least two shipped game titles.
• Experience managing a single-player game mode and working with outsource teams in different time zones.
• Experience working on both PC and console platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Google Suite.
• Strict use of code names and complete confidentiality of project information are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with horror games or deep knowledge of the horror genre.
• Chinese language skills.
• Project management training or certifications.
• College degree.
