What you will do

• Plan and deliver customer engagements via omnichannel tactics, including web, email, social, field, and traditional channels.
• Define strategic directions and prioritize business needs to drive omnichannel excellence.
• Manage project lifecycles, monitor deliverables across partners, and act as the single point of contact for campaign management.
• Develop benchmarks and KPIs in collaboration with analytics teams to recommend tactic optimizations.
• Create detailed requirements for omnichannel campaigns, digital analytics, and web assets.
• Liaise between client stakeholders, external agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in Japan
• 7+ years of experience in brand operations, project management, or digital operations and strategy.
• Proven experience in multichannel/omnichannel marketing and Martech consulting.
• Background in digital operations and brand launches specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an MBA.
