What you will do

• Operate and automate managed Database infrastructure within the AWS ecosystem.
• Execute the migration of databases from MySQL/MariaDB to AWS Aurora (Serverless).
• Manage various Cloud Database Solutions, including Aurora and ElastiCache.
• Implement infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Develop automation scripts for daily database routines and maintenance tasks.
• Consult and advise on the implementation of AWS services such as DynamoDB, Document DB, and Neptune.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an AWS Cloud environment.
• Deep knowledge of Python scripting and automation tools like Ansible and Lambda.
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud technologies and Terraform.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Karlsruhe, Germany.
