TL;DR
IT Operations (Fintech): Owning the full spectrum of corporate IT from office hardware and network management to device security, access governance, and ISO 27001 compliance execution. Focus on provisioning secure employee environments, maintaining compliance platforms like Vanta, enforcing least-privilege access, and troubleshooting connectivity issues to enable scaling.
Location: Hybrid in Berlin office (3 days/week)

What you will do
- Provision and manage employee devices across lifecycle: procurement, setup, tracking, offboarding
- Handle day-to-day IT support: software installs, connectivity, account troubleshooting
- Own Berlin office network: routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, ISP relations
- Manage access across SaaS tools, SSO/IdP, regular access reviews
- Execute ISO 27001 operational compliance: Vanta platform, evidence collection, policy updates, auditor support
- Run phishing simulations, security awareness training, monitor endpoint security
Requirements
- 3–5 years in corporate IT, IT security, or operations, ideally at startup/scale-up (50–200 people)
- Hands-on MDM: Kandji, Jamf, or Mosyle
- ISO 27001 implementation or audit support experience
- IdP/SSO platform: Okta, JumpCloud, or Google Workspace
- Compliance platform: Vanta or Drata
- Office network config/troubleshooting: Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki
- Proactive mindset, strong communication for non-technical colleagues

- Fintech, financial services, or regulated environment experience
