Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform basic maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on U straw machines, extruders, and telescopic straw production lines.
• Conduct cleaning, inspection, and lubrication to identify and resolve machine anomalies.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to established plans and SAP5 logs.
• Participate in and lead Autonomous Maintenance Teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Manage spare parts and consumables according to SOP and 5S standards.
• Minimize plant equipment breakdown time through rapid onsite response.

Requirements

• 2+ years of basic machine maintenance experience.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to embrace change.
• Intermediate computer skills and basic math/reading comprehension.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Experience with WCM basic methodology is preferred.
