What you will do
- Build and optimize the end-to-end driver funnel, including sourcing, signup, credentialing, activation, and retention.
- Design and execute recruiting experiments and develop market-specific playbooks for low-density environments.
- Create and refine operating playbooks for onboarding, training, dispatch, and payouts.
- Partner with Product and Strategy to improve Salesforce workflows, routing logic, and the overall driver experience.
- Conduct in-market research to understand driver behavior and local dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Own key marketplace metrics including funnel conversion, driver activation, and ride completion rates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketplace operations, launch operations, or supply growth.
- Proven experience building or scaling a distributed workforce or contractor network.
- Demonstrated ownership of acquisition, activation, and retention funnel metrics.
- Strong analytical judgment and experience using data and dashboards to drive decisions.
- Willingness to travel frequently and spend time in-market, particularly in Texas.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience at marketplace or last-mile companies such as Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or Amazon.
- Background in NEMT, healthcare transportation, or other regulated field operations.
- Experience operating in Texas markets such as Houston or San Antonio.
- Ability to use AI or external tools to solve operational challenges.
- Military or SOF background paired with commercial operating experience.
