What you will do

• Track sustainability project milestones and analyze safety and environmental KPIs.
• Conduct site inspections and walkthroughs to evaluate PPE usage and job hazards.
• Develop training schedules and manage employee enrollment in safety courses.
• Coordinate Contractor Safety Program packages and DOT documentation.
• Maintain chemical, confined space, and asbestos inventories.
• Identify and manage signage needs across Boston and Cambridge sites.

Requirements

• Current 2nd or 3rd year bachelor's student in science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 1 year of relevant work or internship experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong analytical/data management skills.
• Ability to work in industrial environments, including stairs and loud/humid areas.
