What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and researchers to identify and deliver high-impact product opportunities.
• Define and drive the squad roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic investments.
• Partner across product, engineering, design, and business teams to bring new features from concept through launch and optimization.
• Build and scale consumer and partner-facing experiences supporting expansion into new markets and categories.
• Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform decisions and improve user experience.
• Align stakeholders, improve systems, processes, and user journeys to maximize business and customer value.

Requirements

• Experience shipping impactful products and navigating complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of product build processes, including APIs, system integrations, and data structures.
• Comfort working with data—defining metrics, analyzing performance, and translating insights into action.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems and drive clarity, prioritization, and execution.
• Effective communicator and collaborator influencing across teams and levels.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and design for high-quality user experiences.
• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
