What you will do
- Own product positioning, segmentation, and messaging frameworks across all customer touchpoints.
- Define value propositions based on customer Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) and real outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products, features, and pricing changes.
- Translate market trends and competitive analysis into differentiated positioning and GTM decisions.
- Build alignment across Product, Growth, Lifecycle, Brand, and Creative teams to ensure narrative clarity.
- Develop internal enablement assets such as launch briefs, narrative decks, and FAQs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Strategy within SaaS or PLG environments.
- Proven track record of executing end-to-end GTM strategies with measurable adoption success.
- Expertise in customer research methodologies (JTBD) and competitive analysis.
- Strong experience in defining positioning and messaging frameworks.
- High competency in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, and CX teams.
- Location: Must be based in LATAM
