TL;DR

Middle Product Designer (Fintech): Collaborate with PMs and engineers to deliver features from sketches to high-fidelity handoffs for a verification platform with an accent on intuitive UX for complex flows and design system consistency. Focus on creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, incorporating qualitative feedback and data to address pain points across web and mobile.

Location: Remote-first, global (work from anywhere, no mandatory office days or location restrictions)

What you will do

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to evolve features from initial sketches to polished handoffs.
  • Translate business requirements and technical constraints into intuitive user experiences simplifying verification complexities.
  • Deliver and iterate on high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and user flows during agile sprints.
  • Incorporate qualitative feedback and data to address user pain points throughout design phases.
  • Work with and contribute to the established design system for consistency across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong English skills (written and spoken) required to explain design decisions to stakeholders.
  • 3+ years as Product or UI/UX Designer, ideally in SaaS or startups (Fintech/Regtech plus).
  • Strong portfolio of shipped work solving real problems via clean interaction design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and understanding of design-to-code translation.
  • Comfortable working with and improving design systems; meticulous attention to detail and proactive attitude.
