What you will do

• Design intuitive user experiences: research needs, build scenarios, create wireframes, UX flows, and high-fidelity mockups
• Shape product strategy: collaborate with PM, influence decisions via design, document feature logic
• Work with developers: hand off designs, support implementation, conduct reviews
• Contribute to and evolve the design system including Storybook components

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product design
• Proven B2B product design, ideally payments/financial services
• Solid UI/UX principles for web and mobile
• English B2+; Fluent Russian
• Comprehensive portfolio showing process and outcomes
• Proficiency in Figma; strong design systems experience
• Ability to analyze info, build/test hypotheses (user interviews, analytics)

• Experience with complex admin panels/internal tools
