What you will do

• Develop and execute patient marketing programs and materials to support product launches and brand awareness.
• Manage and justify the overall patient engagement budget.
• Oversee all advocacy and society relationships throughout the Oncology division.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient experience regarding test initiation, adherence, and access.
• Deploy and track digital marketing strategies including email campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid media.
• Provide marketing support to Tumor Marketing Leads, sales teams, PR, and Clinical Operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5-10 years of experience in diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology marketing.
• Direct or indirect experience with patient-focused educational campaigns and advocacy engagements.
• Advanced level degree in healthcare, science-related field, or business administration.
• Ability to distill highly technical data into focused marketing materials for patients and caregivers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing diagnostics or pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals or patients.
• Experience owning and managing complex projects from start to finish, such as patient videos.
