What you will do
- Own and drive the product roadmap and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and data-driven insights.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to optimize platform performance.
- Define detailed requirements for new platform features.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and analytics teams.
- Present results to stakeholders and refine delivery culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product strategy and roadmap ownership.
- Strong skills in data-driven decision-making and prioritization.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing tools.
- Solid understanding of product metrics, unit economics, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML, CSS, JS), APIs, and UX/UI principles.
