What you will do

• Own and drive the product roadmap and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and data-driven insights.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to optimize platform performance.
• Define detailed requirements for new platform features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and analytics teams.
• Present results to stakeholders and refine delivery culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product strategy and roadmap ownership.
• Strong skills in data-driven decision-making and prioritization.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing tools.
• Solid understanding of product metrics, unit economics, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency with analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML, CSS, JS), APIs, and UX/UI principles.
