What you will do
- Track project deliverables through departments, relay due dates, and communicate obstacles efficiently.
- Run medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes including submissions, tagging coordination, and status updates to clients and team.
- Coordinate internal/external meetings, take notes, and provide team status updates.
- Review invoicing, prepare Sunshine Act and ancillary reports under supervision.
- Handle meeting logistics with vendors: site search, venue contracting, travel, AV, and assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism).
- 0-2 years experience in client service/agency or related internship.
- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
