What you will do

  • Track project deliverables through departments, relay due dates, and communicate obstacles efficiently.
  • Run medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes including submissions, tagging coordination, and status updates to clients and team.
  • Coordinate internal/external meetings, take notes, and provide team status updates.
  • Review invoicing, prepare Sunshine Act and ancillary reports under supervision.
  • Handle meeting logistics with vendors: site search, venue contracting, travel, AV, and assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism).
  • 0-2 years experience in client service/agency or related internship.
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Timeline and schedule development knowledge.
  • Experience supporting project managers or marketing teams with task coordination.
