What you will do

  • Track project deliverables through departments, relay due dates, identify and communicate obstacles.
  • Run client MLR processes including submissions, tagger coordination, and status updates to clients and team.
  • Coordinate internal/external meetings, take notes, provide status updates.
  • Review invoicing and reconciliations under supervision, prepare Sunshine Act and ancillary reports.
  • Handle meeting logistics with vendors: site search, venue contracting, travel, AV equipment.
  • Prepare assignment reports and facilitate team meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism).
  • 0-2 years work experience in client service/agency or related internship.
  • High computer competency, intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of timeline and schedule development.
  • Experience supporting project managers or marketing teams with task coordination and deadline tracking.
