What you will do
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for enterprise clients, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and project health.
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through launch using Agile frameworks and Scrum ceremonies.
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure scope clarity while maintaining delivery predictability.
- Monitor budget, resource alignment, and financial tracking throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Identify risks early and drive timely mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Architecture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management within professional services environments.
- Proven success delivering design and development projects, preferably in eCommerce or retail technology.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Experience working with US or Canadian clients and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and modern product development environments.
- Must be based in Mexico for employment and compensation purposes.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with headless architecture, retail POS/OMS systems, or enterprise digital transformation.
