What you will do

• Serve as the primary delivery contact for enterprise clients, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and project health.
• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through launch using Agile frameworks and Scrum ceremonies.
• Partner with Product Managers to ensure scope clarity while maintaining delivery predictability.
• Monitor budget, resource alignment, and financial tracking throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Identify risks early and drive timely mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Architecture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management within professional services environments.
• Proven success delivering design and development projects, preferably in eCommerce or retail technology.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Experience working with US or Canadian clients and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and modern product development environments.
• Must be based in Mexico for employment and compensation purposes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with headless architecture, retail POS/OMS systems, or enterprise digital transformation.
