What you will do

• Define project scope, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely content delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate changes regarding project deliverables.
• Plan, assign, and track tasks across contributors to ensure alignment and execution.
• Assess current workflows, suggest improvements, and establish new business processes.
• Proactively identify risks to project quality and timelines and develop contingency plans.
• Oversee content production tools, managing licenses, updates, and new purchases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Producer.
• Experience managing content production projects, preferably within the education sector.
• Mastery of project management methodologies and business process automation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Notion Projects, Jira, and content management systems (CMS).
• English: B2 or higher required

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in adult education and instructional design.
• Familiarity with CAT tools, video production software, and AI content generation tools.
