Senior Delivery Manager (IT Outsourcing): Manage end-to-end project execution for complex client engagements with an accent on strategic planning, financial oversight, and large-scale team coordination. Focus on building client relationships, mitigating risks, and driving account growth through agile processes and pre-sales support.

Location: Hybrid in Bratislava (at least 3 days/week in the office is a must)

What you will do

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and plans
• Build trust-based client relationships to grow accounts
• Handle budgets, financials, gross margins, and forecasting
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and drive corrective actions
• Lead team ramp-up, onboarding, and allocation for up to 75 FTE
• Participate in pre-sales and stakeholder coordination

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in Agile Delivery / Project Management, ideally IT Outsourcing
• Track record managing multiple agile teams/projects of 25–75 FTE
• In-depth Scrum, Kanban (SaFe) expertise
• Strong commercial acumen, financial literacy, contract knowledge (SOW, MSA)
• Supervise full project lifecycle phases
• Advanced English (spoken/written)
• Fluent Slovak B2+
• Employment contract only (no B2B)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business or similar

• Agile certification (Scrum Master, ICAgile)
• Project management foundations (PMI CAPM)
