What you will do

• Review customer technical specifications and drawings to develop designs based on applicable codes.
• Generate shop fabrication and field erection cost estimates and prepare subcontractor RFQ packages.
• Develop and issue technical and commercial proposals while reviewing customer terms and conditions.
• Coordinate internal project activities, including drafting, purchasing, fabrication, and field erection.
• Manage subcontractors and oversee contract changes throughout the project.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• 3–15 years of project engineering experience in process engineering, industrial manufacturing, or heavy industrial construction.
• Proficiency with codes including ASME Section VIII, API, AWWA, NFPA, ASIC, and building codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Roebuck, SC

Nice to have

• Experience with fabrication of pressure vessels, tanks, or industrial equipment.
• Background in EPC or industrial construction environments.
• Structural engineering background related to commercial or petrochemical projects.
