What you will do

• Respond to customer complaints regarding wire harness product quality and act as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate immediate corrective actions at customer facilities, including containing, sorting, and reworking suspected material.
• Analyze rejected parts and coordinate the return of defective products.
• Collaborate with BMW line workers to address concerns and prevent future defects.
• Maintain the rework area and manage the inventory of components.
• Document and report all rework and inspection activities performed at customer and manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality, Engineering, or Customer Service.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Duncan, South Carolina.
