Healthcare Consulting Associate - Pharmacy

Location: Remote in the United States; Chicago office listed at 550 Van Buren. Travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is required, currently averaging less than 50% annually.

Base salary: $105,000–$135,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $120,750–$155,250.

What you will do

• Lead one or more pharmacy and healthcare consulting project workstreams.
• Partner with clients and project teams to design and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collect and analyze data, identify gaps and risks, and develop practical recommendations.
• Summarize findings and present recommendations to hirify.global and client leadership.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to junior project team members.
• Tailor solutions to improve the impact and accessibility of healthcare services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant project implementation or performance improvement experience in a team-based environment.
• Experience leading hospital operations or pharmacy-focused consulting projects.
• Strong background in performance improvement, change management, and team or departmental leadership.
• Experience analyzing healthcare cost structures and improving operational workflows in hospitals and health systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; US work authorization required.
