Pharmacy Executive III-Pharmacy Enterprise Servicers

Location: Virtual Office; regular and expeditious travel to meet client needs and timetables is required.

Salary: $117,600–$206,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with hospital clients, executives, clinicians, and pharmacy leaders to design and implement pharmacy initiatives.
• Assess pharmacy and medication-management programs across health systems, infusion centers, ambulatory settings, and affiliated clinics.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations using regulatory standards, data analysis, industry practices, and benchmark comparisons.
• Create strategic operating plans and detailed project work plans to improve value, efficiency, service excellence, and patient outcomes.
• Provide hands-on implementation support and help develop, launch, and implement new consulting services, products, and solutions.

Requirements

• Pharmacy degree, such as PharmD or BSPharm.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Active pharmacy license.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs and timetables.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare system pharmacy.
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency.
• Experience delivering consulting services in healthcare or pharmacy settings.
• Experience managing, optimizing, or supporting 340B programs.
