What you will do

• Own and evolve local IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
• Lead the local implementation of global IT strategies tailored to the needs of a dynamic gaming business.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Maintain strict security and compliance standards to protect company and player data.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to balance quality and cost.
• Partner with global technology teams to influence architecture and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in IT operations leadership within tech-driven environments such as gaming or software.
• Strong knowledge of modern infrastructure (on-premise, cloud, and hybrid).
• Experience defining and managing IT and security policies.
• Ability to manage vendors and negotiate complex contracts.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Warsaw, Poland.
