TL;DR
IT Asset Coordinator (ITAM): Supporting the IT Asset Management program across the enterprise with an accent on maintaining accurate asset records and CMDB health. Focus on lifecycle management of hardware and software assets, supporting audits, and optimizing ITAM processes within ServiceNow.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Poland and have sponsorship/authorization to live and work in Poland)

What you will do
- Maintain and update hardware and software asset records in the ServiceNow ITAM module to ensure a healthy CMDB.
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement through retirement.
- Support internal and external audits by gathering and organizing necessary asset data.
- Generate and distribute compliance and inventory reports for key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure all assets are properly documented.
- Manage hardware assignment and retrieval during employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, IT asset management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of hardware and software lifecycle management concepts.
- Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and service management principles.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be based in Poland with valid work authorization.
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITAM platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it within the first year.
