IT Asset Coordinator (ITAM)

Location: Remote (Must be based in Poland and have sponsorship/authorization to live and work in Poland)

What you will do

• Maintain and update hardware and software asset records in the ServiceNow ITAM module to ensure a healthy CMDB.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement through retirement.
• Support internal and external audits by gathering and organizing necessary asset data.
• Generate and distribute compliance and inventory reports for key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure all assets are properly documented.
• Manage hardware assignment and retrieval during employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, IT asset management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of hardware and software lifecycle management concepts.
• Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and service management principles.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be based in Poland with valid work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITAM platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it within the first year.
