What you will do

  • Lead a team of Revenue Strategy & Operations professionals, driving analytical rigor and commercial impact.
  • Own end-to-end regional planning cycles, including target setting, incentive plans, and territory management.
  • Analyze GTM performance via QBRs and weekly revenue calls to surface insights on pipeline and productivity.
  • Manage the regional revenue forecasting model and methodology to strengthen accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives focused on pricing, packaging, and new product/vertical launches.
  • Serve as the regional owner for GTM tooling, specifically managing Salesforce and associated lead/account management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with a track record in top-tier strategy consultancy (MBB preferred) or high-growth environments.
  • Extensive experience executing sales-led GTM strategies in high-growth B2B fintech or software sectors.
  • Proven expertise in revenue operations, including forecasting and commercial performance management for scaled organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Looker (or similar BI tools), and Excel.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex data into clear narratives.
  • Must be based in Sydney.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing Revenue Operations teams.
  • A blend of top-tier management consulting and in-house operating experience in B2B tech.
  • Prior ownership of revenue strategy specifically for the ANZ market.
  • Familiarity with payments, FX, and business accounts product domains.
