TL;DR

Location: Ideally based in Warsaw or Krakow; willingness to travel 50% - 60% within the assigned territory.

What you will do

  • Execute local marketing plans aligned with EMEA Marketing and local Sales priorities.
  • Lead product launch activities, including pricing, KOL engagement, and adoption initiatives.
  • Analyze local market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
  • Develop and localize marketing materials, sales tools, and value messaging.
  • Plan and execute local events, workshops, and educational initiatives.
  • Deliver internal training to sales teams on product knowledge and clinical value messaging.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in MedTech, specifically within interventional vascular therapies.
  • Experience working with Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, or Cardiology.
  • Strong understanding of the Polish healthcare landscape and customer dynamics.
  • Fluent in Polish (native level) and English.
  • Willingness to travel 50% - 60% within the assigned territory.
