What you will do

• Support local marketing strategies and execute global product strategy adapted to Spain's market.
• Plan and deliver medical education programs, cadaver labs, and clinical training for Upper Extremities surgeons.
• Train sales teams and provide in-theater support during shoulder and elbow surgeries.
• Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders to advocate for products.
• Partner with sales for field visits, tenders, and competitive positioning.
• Organize events and ensure availability of training materials and demonstration sets.

Requirements

• University degree in technical-scientific field or economics/marketing.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong digital and IT skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Frequent travel across Spain and occasional international travel required.

Nice to have

• Experience in orthopedic sector, especially shoulder/elbow prosthetics.
