What you will do

• Manage complex projects in the system solution business and handle detailed customer requirements.
• Lead RF systems and software integration, including debugging and performance analysis.
• Execute requirements engineering and management, ensuring full flow-down and traceability.
• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and related modeling practices.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Technical degree in science or engineering (communications technology, computer science, systems engineering); an aerospace degree is a plus.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in RF sub-systems integration/engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven track record in requirements engineering and management (experience with Jama is a plus).
• Solid understanding of MBSE and modeling practices (experience with SysML/Cameo is advantageous).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated experience in RF (space) systems integration and debugging.
