What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and capital allocation strategies.
• Lead end-to-end M&A processes, managing deal flow, due diligence, and virtual data rooms.
• Support the commercial and financial structuring of global partnerships and joint ventures.
• Act as a strategic proxy to the President, structuring priorities and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Draft board-level materials and manage investor updates to ensure a unified corporate voice.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement AI tools to automate group-wide workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation (e.g., DCF, comps).
• Strong understanding of investment processes and M&A mechanics.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and preparing board-level materials.
• Must have local presence in Singapore.
