What you will do

• Translate CEO priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, and partnerships.
• Track OKRs, decisions, and deadlines across various teams to ensure alignment.
• Support country expansion and strategic projects.
• Prepare briefs, research notes, and action trackers for senior leadership.
• Identify and close execution gaps across product, engineering, finance, and legal teams.
• Resolve urgent business problems that span multiple departments.

Requirements

• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
• Strong structured thinking and professional writing skills.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Singapore.
