What you will do

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition through to execution.
• Track OKRs, decisions, and project blockers across engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Support strategic initiatives including licensing applications, market expansion, and partnerships.
• Prepare clear briefs, research notes, and action trackers to facilitate leadership decision-making.
• Identify execution gaps and proactively push cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Own urgent, complex business problems that fall outside of standard departmental scopes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• High-ownership business generalist with a disciplined approach to execution.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and navigate cross-functional environments.
• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, or fintech environments.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
