What you will do

• Provide line management for a software section, including people leadership, competence development, and resource planning.
• Hold design responsibility for computer software in C2 products, ensuring compliance with architecture and quality requirements.
• Ensure efficient and timely software development to support project execution and product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with system engineering, integration, and project management to secure end-to-end deliveries.
• Drive the transformation toward modern software development methodologies, tools, and ways of working.
• Initiate and lead improvement initiatives to increase development efficiency and predictability.

Requirements

• Technical university degree (MSc) or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a line manager with people leadership and resource responsibility.
• Experience in software development for complex, preferably mission-critical systems.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in secure and/or safety-critical environments.
• Interest in complex systems, system integration, and C2 solutions.
• Experience with modern software development methodologies and tooling.
• Knowledge of Integrated Product Creation (IPC) and quality processes.
• Strong business understanding and customer focus.
