What you will do

• Provide system design, low-level design, and build complex architecture for large systems.
• Oversee application development projects, enhancements, implementations, and integrations.
• Lead production support, incident management, and observability for assigned systems.
• Collaborate with IT departments, product management, and architecture on strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage large software development teams across multiple countries, including third-party vendors.
• Participate in hackathons, pair programming, bug fixing, coding, risk analysis, and compliance audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12 years of experience in Software Developer-related occupation.
• Experience leading development and production support teams across multiple countries.
• Must pass drug test and pre-employment background check.
