What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both engineering and business roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers from the initial stage of job opening to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Drive employer branding activities and introduce fresh ideas to strengthen the company's image.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and community meetups to expand the talent network.
• Proactively source and engage top-tier talent across various functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing skills and a strategic understanding of how to find top talent.
• Proven experience partnering directly with hiring managers from Lead to Executive level.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and Russian (B2+).
