What you will do
- Identify and acquire new institutional liquidity clients through cold outreach and strategic networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities utilizing Salesforce.
- Represent the group at major industry events such as iFX Expo and Finance Magnates to convert leads into clients.
- Structure liquidity pricing proposals aligned with client flow profiles and volume expectations.
- Manage the full commercial cycle, including contracting, KYC coordination, and onboarding with Compliance and Legal teams.
- Monitor client trading volumes and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in institutional liquidity, prime brokerage, electronic trading technology, or private banking.
- Proven track record of acquiring institutional clients and possessing an existing professional network.
- Strong understanding of FIX API connectivity, liquidity aggregation, and bridge technology.
- Deep knowledge of institutional liquidity economics, including spreads, commissions, and order book construction.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Experience managing the entire commercial cycle from prospecting through to account growth.
