Senior Sales Systems Engineer

Location: Remote, Türkiye; applicants permanently located outside Turkey may be declined. The role includes travel throughout Turkey and occasional international travel.

What you will do

• Support sales activities for new and existing enterprise and commercial customers.
• Deliver web-based and on-site product demonstrations, including proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements.
• Work with cloud, hosting, and other partners on training, enablement, joint meetings, and relationship development.
• Provide presales support and on-site installation assistance during customer evaluations.
• Advise customers on solution design, implementation, and best practices in collaboration with solution architects and professional services.
• Represent hirify.global at webinars, conferences, trade shows, and other marketing events.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience supporting enterprise and large commercial customers in a sales engineering or presales capacity.
• Ability to engage C-level stakeholders, influence business decisions, and manage the customer experience.
• Fluent Turkish and English communication skills.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, networking, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of microservices, cloud-native applications, containers, orchestration, Kubernetes, and hyperscaler platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Willingness to travel throughout Turkey and occasionally abroad, and to present both remotely and in person.
