What you will do

• Analyze client requirements and existing configurations to calculate financial components of contracts and proposals.
• Manage the entire change order queue from initial request to final execution.
• Prepare and customize change orders to accurately reflect budget summaries and assumptions.
• Lead Change Order Alignment calls and coordinate with Project and Finance teams.
• Collaborate with the Legal Department to incorporate feedback and manage legal terms in draft orders.
• Ensure all executed change orders are signed and archived appropriately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance or contract review.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Salesforce.com.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Must be based in Romania.
