Principal Security Engineer

TL;DR

Principal Security Engineer (AI/SaaS): Engineering the security architecture for cloud-native SaaS platform, corporate operations, and security tools with an accent on AI security and agentic automation. What you will do

• Engineer scalable security solutions for cloud-native environments protecting customer data, apps, and networks
• Develop autonomous security agents and workflows using LLMs for event monitoring, triage, threat modeling, and vulnerability remediation
• Design automated IAM, data encryption, and threat detection systems
• Create security controls for AI products, training pipelines, and defenses against AI threats like prompt injection and data leakage
• Lead incident response, conduct AI architecture reviews, and partner with Engineering/SRE to integrate security into Platform, CI/CD, and IaC
• Mentor teams and align solutions with enterprise security strategy

Requirements

• 7+ years in security engineering, cloud security, or architecture in SaaS/cloud-native environments
• Demonstrated AI building experience with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or AI-assisted coding
• Deep proficiency in cloud security, modern IAM, and network security
• Expertise in Secure SDLC and DevSecOps for automated pipelines and infrastructure
• Strong communication skills to explain complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences
