What you will do

• Define and execute the R&D strategy across hardware and software aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and develop engineering managers across domains including PCB Design, Android, Edge Device, and Radio/Antenna development.
• Own technical delivery for customer engagements, ensuring quality, scope control, and satisfaction.
• Manage R&D budgets, gross margins, and capacity planning across teams.
• Drive recruitment and build high-performance engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and partners to align technical capabilities with market demand.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in relevant industries.
• Senior leadership experience across both hardware and software development.
• Experience working in an engineering consultancy or services environment.
• Proven ability to scale teams and lead other managers.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with connected devices, verification labs, compliance, and industrialization.
• Exposure to modern development tooling and platform ecosystems.
