What you will do

• Lead a diverse team of engineers developing the AXIS OS application platform for cameras and devices.
• Ensure continuous delivery of new platform functionality while maintaining long-term viability.
• Drive improvements in innovation flexibility, development efficiency, cybersecurity, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the Axis Developer Community to extend device software via APIs.
• Manage the team using an agile mindset, DevOps principles, and lean startup methodologies.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience in embedded and Linux software development.
• Proven track record of leading teams with a solid understanding of servant leadership.
• Experience working with frequent, small releases and short feedback loops.
• Ability to structure information and solve complex problems in fast-changing environments.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lund, Sweden
