Location: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week in the Stockholm office, Sweden)

What you will do

• Lead and motivate a distributed team of approximately 13 managers across Sweden, Denmark, and the UK.
• Drive transformation within IT Operations, Security, and Productivity to enhance organizational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Own and optimize the internal toolkit, including Office IT, Teams, Jira, and Airtable.
• Manage a high-value portfolio of vendor agreements with Cloud platforms, SaaS vendors, CDNs, and satellite providers.
• Challenge existing mentalities by integrating AI and new technologies to simplify day-to-day operations.
• Implement smart governance and stakeholder management to ensure IT enables rather than blocks the business.

Requirements

• Strong leadership presence with a proven track record as a leader of leaders.
• Extensive experience in running system integration projects, internal IT operations, and technical procurement/negotiation.
• Broad professional perspective gained from working across multiple companies.
• Pragmatic mindset that prioritizes delivery and customer experience over rigid bureaucracy.
• Ability to remain flexible and pivot strategies in a fast-paced environment.
