What you will do

• Own the roadmap for hirify.global’s Financial Promotions monitoring automation platform to enable compliance without increasing overhead.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and drive delivery with engineering teams.
• Integrate AI and automation tools to improve detection quality and platform efficiency.
• Define quality metrics and guide prioritization to stay ahead of regulatory and technological changes.
• Expand the platform across multiple markets, ensuring outputs meet high regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary compliance voice in technical discussions and product strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, project delivery, or regtech within compliance or fintech.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical product specifications.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools and their application to monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills across cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to build scalable strategic solutions.
• English: CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience applying AI or ML to compliance, trust and safety, or content moderation.
• Experience managing compliance automation or regulatory monitoring platforms.
• Familiarity with FCA Financial Promotions regulation or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with third-party agents or vendors for quality assurance.
