• Plan and execute in-game events and operational initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
• Manage backend configurations to ensure accurate setup of features, events, and channels.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with regional and local teams to deliver event requirements on time.
• Handle day-to-day game operation tasks to ensure a stable and high-quality player experience.

Requirements

• Strong product sense and deep understanding of player behavior and user experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
