What you will do

• Prepare product approval presentations and documentation.
• Route materials through internal systems like MyMediaBox following defined instructions.
• Track submission status and flag delays or missing information to the team.
• Organize files, samples, and reference materials.
• Maintain trackers, calendars, and basic reports for the development team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect artwork, specs, and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in coordination, administration, or entry-level product roles.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be available for in-person interviews and work at the Mexico City location.
