Salary: $153,600 – $239,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and maintain Sprint 0 Reference Architectures standardizing infrastructure, identity, and data connectivity blueprints globally.
• Build and execute Sprint Readiness Assessments to validate data readiness, security, and compliance before function sprints.
• Drive technical quality across global teams through architecture review cadences and reusable pattern libraries.
• Manage the cross-product blocker dashboard to translate field engagement blockers into prioritized product requirements.
• Develop the technical underpinning for the "Live in 45" workforce transformation methodology, including workload pattern libraries and economics models.
• Create competitive positioning frameworks, including feature comparison matrices and TCO/ROI models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis).
• 7+ years of experience in consulting and implementing serverless distributed solutions.
• 5+ years of software development experience with object-oriented languages.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent).
• 7+ years of customer-facing project management experience for complex, large-scale projects.

Nice to have

• AWS Professional level certification or an advanced degree in technology.
• Deep knowledge of AWS compute, storage, networking, security, and ML services.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
• Experience in cloud performance optimization and cost management.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in pre-sales environments.
