Salary: $219,100 — $301,300 USD

What you will do

• Lead the post-technical win strategy and execution plan for the majority of hirify.global use cases within strategic accounts.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, and successful go-live.
• Collaborate with sales, field engineering, and Professional Services to accelerate platform consumption and maximize ROI.
• Develop execution plans covering user growth, product adoption of the Lakehouse vision, and organic needs like cost optimization.
• Act as the primary technical contact for production and go-live status for the largest and most complex organizations.
• Provide KPI reporting on usage, customer health, and investment status to the Technical GM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Deep understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders and resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.
