Salary: $174,000 - $273,000 (base) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Define technology roadmaps and architectural standards, driving adoption across the organization
• Design and architect SaaS applications as part of R&D efforts
• Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and clients to shape the platform roadmap
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate technical debt
• Mentor engineers and architects on best practices, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex issues
• Evaluate technologies, ensure security and scalability, and partner with teams to deliver key capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent + 10+ years software development experience
• 5+ years in SaaS architecture
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), microservices, distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills
• Authorized to work in the US on day one without sponsorship
